• The voucher entitles the bearer to one week free holiday accommodation in any Affordable Sales Promotions affiliated resort, subject to the chosen destination and the date of travel being contractually available.
• This offer is open to all customers aged 21 years or above.
• The voucher is subject to each customer obtaining a no-obligation quote for flights and travel services.
• The offer is available for a minimum of 2 adults sharing a self-catering apartment for 1 week in any of the designated worldwide destinations.
• You can choose to extend your stay by a second week at a price starting from $250 / ( for Indian Resorts converted into equivalent Indian currency (Rs.). per apartment subject to availability.
• The apartments/resorts provided are fully furnished and equipped. Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included in this holiday voucher and you may be required to contribute to the resort utility charges for electricity, telephone and water.
• You will be responsible for any damage caused to the apartment during your stay and will be asked to pay the resort directly.
• Transfers are not included in the offer.
• The majority of apartments/resorts are only available 30- 45 days prior to the date of travel for booking.
• To view the list of resorts, please visit www.bookmyholiday.in. Any availability is subject to live booking and hence, the availability will keep changing.
• At the time of booking, the availability of resort or location is subject to change. Both Affordable Sales Promotions and Bag It Today are not responsible for such changes.
• All offers are subject to promotional availability.
• This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of this pack from Bag It Today and travel date should be minimum 30 to 45 days from the date of booking of the resort / apartment.
• Any payment towards utility charges will be payable in full to the property directly.
• Strictly one booking per voucher and household. Only one voucher will be accepted per mail.
• Group bookings & incomplete booking form will not be entertained and will stand cancelled.
• In order to avail this offer, the Booking request voucher must be completed and mailed to the Affordable Sales Promotions at the address provided in the voucher form. All booking request vouchers need to be received at the agent’s address Affordable Sales Promotions as specified during the time of redemption along with a proof of identification.
• A confirmation email will be issued in the name of the applicant by Affordable Sales Promotions reservation office.
• Affordable Sales Promotions normal booking terms and conditions shall apply
• Bag It Today its affiliates/officers/employee /agents and distributors have no liability in relation to any claims, losses, damages whether direct or indirect arising out in relation to stay during the holiday. Bag It Today its affiliates/officers/ employees will not be responsible or liable to meet any claim of the customer against any accident, injury or death etc. caused to the customer or any of the member, either in the course of their stay in relation to the said Holiday Voucher or in any other manner or at any place in relation to the said Holiday Voucher.
• All persons taking the holiday are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements.
• No changes can be made to the free week once the booking has been confirmed. Any changes or cancellations to the additional services will be made in line with standard terms and conditions which will be advised at the time of booking.
• Bookings are subject to availability at all times and are extremely limited during public, bank and school holiday periods. No bookings will be accepted for the period from 20th Dec 2010 to 7th Jan 2011.
• Bookings will also be entertained through our customer care helpdesk number 0120-6182100 once we receive the Booking Voucher. The customer care helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 17:30PM. The customer care helpdesk shall not be available on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Any person availing this promotional offer shall be considered explicitly agreeing to the complete terms and conditions of holiday package. .
• All members must have adequate travel insurance before traveling. Whilst purchase of insurance is not mandatory under the terms and conditions of this voucher.
• Bag It Today and Affordable Sales Promotions, the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible for loss, stolen, destroyed or delayed in the post of confirmation form and travel documents.
• Bag It Today and Affordable Sales Promotions, the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to present the confirmation forms on check-in to the affiliated resorts resulting in no admittance.
• Photocopies, defaced or incomplete vouchers will not be accepted. In the event of the voucher getting stolen or lost, replacement voucher will not be provided.
• The offer is not transferable and is not for sale or re-sale, or redeemable for cash.
• All offers will be supplied by Affordable Sales Promotions, B-19, Sector-2, Noida- 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. All queries should be sent to this address.
• This offer is subject to promotional availability.
• Processing charge of Rupees 750/= per form is to be paid along with the voucher certificate, through a demand draft payable at New Delhi in the name of Affordable Sales Promotions .
• At least 30-45 days clear advance notice is required with the first, second and third choice of destinations and three separate dates to process the booking. Please maintain minimum seven days gap between the preferred check-in dates. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. It is mandatory to provide us with a choice of three separate dates and three separate destinations.
• Affordable Sales Promotions reserves the right to ask for alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability.
• A confirmation letter through email will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be mentioned there in.
• Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
• The hotel has a right to charge for additional facilities like extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities. The vacation offer is non transferable, non negotiable, non redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original voucher certificate.
• The offer does not include any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
• Consumer escalations and disputed are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
• All other terms and conditions mentioned in your voucher certificate are also applicable.
• For 5998/- package: Two 2N/3D Domestic Travel vouchers and a Reebok Travel Bag worth Rs 999 free.
• For 5998/- package:Validity is for 12 months
• For 5998/- package:Minimum 21 days booking notice required.
• For 5998/- package:Customers can either club the vouchers together and use it at a single destination for 4N/6D or can split it for two different destinations for 2N/3D each.
• For 5998/- package:Please note each voucher is valid for a maximum of 4 Adults only.
• For 5998/- package:Should the customer decide to club the vouchers and use it for a single travel, the nights will be extended to 4 nights, however the occupancy allowed will be for 4 people only. More than 4 adults will not be entertained for any bookings and the term “club” does not indicate “Group Booking” allowing up to 8 adults.
• For 5998/- package:Similarly as point 6 above, should the customer decide to split the vouchers in to two separate bookings, the nights allowed will be 2N for a maximum of 4 people in two different destinations. It cannot be used at the same destination for more than 4 Adults staying at the same or different resorts.
